Uday is a cold blooded convict. He gets arrested by the police for robbing a jewellery shop along with his collegues and just because he kills the guard, he is sentenced to death. In the poison he comes across another convict by the name of Gulshan and they both become good friends. At the last moment Uday escapes from the jail and in the confusion Gulshan too. Uday now betrays his friends and takes the booty from the hideout. Gulshan also meets him there. Now the run towards the border starts with the police and the two convicts whom Uday betrayed after them. On the way they come across a girl by the name of Shanti. She too is a thief and a prostitute too. Thus the run towards the border starts which they want to cross, there is a complex-relationship between Shanti and there two convicts and in the bargainshe turns preganant.
